About Us

The heart behind LuminNation

Our Story

Born from a belief that no one should struggle alone

Mental health conditions affect approximately one in four adults each year in England. Despite this staggering prevalence, barriers remain — stigma, financial constraints, long waiting times, and difficulty navigating complex support systems.

LuminNation was founded to bridge this gap. We believe that accessible, compassionate, and timely mental health support should be available to every individual and family, regardless of their background, ethnicity, religion, gender, or socioeconomic status.

Parents during pregnancy and the post-natal period are particularly vulnerable, with many experiencing anxiety, depression, or emotional distress. Early support during this period improves long-term outcomes for both parents and children. This recognition sits at the heart of our work.
