Our services are open to all individuals regardless of background, ethnicity, religion, gender, or socioeconomic status. This includes adults, children, young people, parents, families, and communities across the United Kingdom. Priority is given to those experiencing vulnerability or disadvantage.

LuminNation's core services are provided free of charge. We are a registered charity (CIO) with all funds reinvested into charitable activities. For our therapy funding programme, we can provide financial assistance to help beneficiaries access professional therapy where needed.

You can refer someone (with their consent) by using the contact form on this page, emailing us at hello@luminnation.org, or through our partner referral pathways. We'll arrange an initial wellbeing assessment to understand their needs and connect them with the appropriate programme.

We accept donations through our website, bank transfer, and fundraising events. You can also organise community fundraising initiatives on our behalf. For corporate partnerships and grant opportunities, please email partnerships@luminnation.org. All funds are applied solely to charitable purposes.
